悪天候によるレッスンキャンセルについて

Cancellation of lessons due to bad weather

台風などの影響でそれぞれの校舎がある市町村に暴風警報が発令された場合、発令時より60分後以降に開始するレッスンが自動的にキャンセルとなります。

その場合、キャンセルになったレッスンを当校指定の休校日（マテリアルウィーク）で振替をします。

もし生徒様のご都合で当校指定の休校日にお越しいただけない場合、他の曜日または違う時間で同レッスンナンバー、同レベルのクラスに振替が可能です。

振替レッスンに参加できない場合の返金はありません。

暴風警報が解除になった場合、解除時刻より120分以降に開始するレッスンは通常通り行います。

台風の状況によってはレッスンの再開ができない場合がございます。

大型台風の予報が出て、公共交通機関の計画運休が予定されている場合などにおいては、レッスンを事前にキャンセルすることを決定させていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。​

 

警報が出ているかどうかは、下記気象庁のホームページを基準と致します。

上記、気象庁ホームページにアクセス頂きますと、下記のような表がございます。

暴風警報が発令されている時間枠をご確認下さい。

【レッスンがキャンセルになる例】
18-20時に暴風警報が発令された場合、発令された時間を18時とし、
60分後の19時（午後7時）以降のレッスンは中止です。19時までのレッスンはございます。

【レッスンが再開になる例】
12-14時に暴風警報が取り消された場合、取り消しされた時間を14時とし、
120分後の16時（午後4時）以降のレッスンは行われます。

 

 

If a storm warning is issued for a city, town or village where the respective school building is located due to a typhoon, lessons starting after 60 minutes from the time of the warning will automatically be cancelled.
In this case, the cancelled lesson will be made up on the school’s designated closing day (material week).
If the student is unable to attend on the school’s designated closure day, the lesson can be transferred to a class of the same lesson number and level on another day of the week or at a different time.
No refunds will be given for missed make-up lessons.
If the storm warning is lifted, lessons starting after 120 minutes from the lift time will be held as normal.
Depending on the typhoon conditions, lessons may not be resumed.
No individual contact will be made, so please check the JMA website.
